Oak Hill, Virginia is an unicorporated area in Fairfax County, located to the east of Dulles Airport. As of the 2000 census, Oak Hill had a population of approximately 33,800 and a median household income of $102,000. Frying Pan Park, a working farm, is found in Oak Hill, which is named for the manor house built in 1790 by Richard Fitzhugh, on his property, known at the time as Ravensworth. From Braeburn Street up to the front doors of Oak Hill manor, the drive is lined on both sides by boxwoods which date to the 1790 construction of Oak Hill. Much of the original landscaping including oak trees and boxwoods still intact over 200 years later.
