Vienna, Virginia is an incorporated town in Fairfax County. According to the US Census, it had a population of 14,500 in 2000 which rose slightly to 14,800 by 2007. Tysons Corner, a large commercial center is located partly in Vienna and the town is served by a station on Metro's Orange line. Founded in the 1800s, the town's name was changed to Vienna in 1850. Its growth has been greatly spurred by Interstate Highway 66 which connects Vienna, VA to Washington DC.
