Tile cleaning penetrates soil, loosening and lifting it for removal using the “spray and capture system”. We use water-based product that is ideal for residential or commercial floors and many other surfaces located indoors or outdoors.

Tile Cleaning Process:

1. Apply pre-condtioner
2. Agitate conditioner into grout lines.
3. Using a truck-mounted unit, rinse with high pressure rotary wand.
4. Apply sealant(Optional)

We Do Not Clean Natural Stone or painted grout.
