We Clean ALL Types of Rugs!
Oriental and area rugs differ greatly in their construction,
fibers and dye lots. At Ayoub Carpet Service, we understand that even small variations can make a big difference when it comes to how a rug should be cleaned. That
is the reason we use the most advanced cleaning procedures available
to suit each individual rug at our own rug cleaning plant in nearby Chantilly. Combining traditional hands-on cleaning and repair processes with the latest technology
provides the most comprehensive way of caring for your investment in fine floor coverings.
Persian and other Oriental and area rugs are generally hand or machine woven on cotton, silk
or wool foundations. The pile is usually comprised of wool, or sometimes silk,
dyed with vegetable or synthetic dyes. A true expert, like an Ayoub Carpet Service IICRC
(Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) certified rug cleaning technician recognizes the minor variations in rugs which may indicate a requirement for different cleaning treatments. This helps avoid unnecessary
problems sometimes associated with cleaning.
Mothproofing
Has your rug has been rolled up or stored away for an extended
period of time? You should consider having your rug cleaned and mothproofed.
A dirty rug can attract wool-eating insects.

Oak Hill, Virginia is an unicorporated area in Fairfax County, lying to the east of Dulles Airport. As of the 2000 census, Oak Hill had a population of approximately 33,800 and a median household income of $102,000. Frying Pan Park, a working farm, is located in Oak Hill. The town is named for the manor house, built in 1790 by Richard Fitzhugh, on his estate, known at the time as Ravensworth. From Braeburn Street up to the front doors of Oak Hill manor, the drive is lined on both sides by boxwoods which date to the 1790 construction of Oak Hill. The preservation of authentic early landscaping is rare in Virginia.
