Ayoub Carpet cleaning is the best hands down. Everything is easy - scheduling, communication about arrival time, work flow, payment. They are very careful and wear booties in the house as well as protect corners and stair posts as they are working. And best of all, everything comes clean! Recently, I had a carpet emergency right before a family event. Ayoub Carpet Service made a house call the following day! Omar and his crew removed the ink stain from my carpet, not a shadow remained. Does customer service get any better than this? I don’t think so. I highly recommend Ayoub carpet service. (Ayoub also cleaned, picked up and dropped off, 2 of our area rugs that were returned looking good as new.) I’d give more than 2 ‘thumbs up’ if only I had more arms.

It's rare these days to encounter a service business that provides a service so extraordinary that there is nothing to offer in terms of improvement. We recently had Ayoub Carpet in Falls Church clean the carpet and area rugs in both of our homes. The schedulers were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the team that did each house - Jamie and Cory at one and Willy and Edward at the other - were more careful than any other service we've ever used. They texted us their photo along with the expected arrival time. When they arrived, they took every precaution to protect our home including wrap-around guards around stair posts/corners and little protectors under each chair and table leg after the carpet was cleaned. Furniture was moved with exceptional care. They checked each of the mats under our area rugs and recommended that we consider replacing a couple because they were beginning to wear but noted that a couple of others were totally fine. When they returned with the rugs, they took the time to ask if I wanted a rug placed to feature the lighter or darker weave. I never knew there was a difference! The next day, one of the schedulers checked back in to make sure we were satisfied with the service. This company has our business forever!

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Scheduling was easy! I was able to text with a rep to get carpet repair and carpet cleaning services scheduled for the same day. Day of, Steuart (carpet repair) was so understanding as we were locked out of the house. He was kind and flexible and was able to reschedule us for the next day. He did an amazing job (photos included) fixing up the carpet from where our cat had a little too much fun.

The contact with Ayoub was super helpful and kind helping us reschedule our cleaning to be after the carpet repair, and Olvin (carpet cleaning)did a wonderful job as well. Would definitely recommend!

Carlos was excellent! He was professional, wore booties in my home, worked quickly and with skill when he removed my area rug for cleaning and again when he returned it after it was cleaned. I have used Auoub Carpet Service more than one time. The quality of their work is consistently good.

Ayoub carpet service did an INCREDIBLE job restoring a family rug! This rug had been sitting in a garage for over a year and was in terrible shape— moth damage, destroyed fringe and holes all around the perimeter. Ayoub came to pick it up, communicated thoroughly throughout the process, were honest about the quote, and delivered it. A special shout out to Carlos and Nelson for their pickup and delivery! I had such a great experience with Ayoub and Fred Saah. We were in the market for a carpet runner so I looked at local small businesses specializing in flooring. I stopped in over my lunch break from work, picked out some samples, had somebody to measure same day. I received the samples from the manufacturer within 2 days, asked for a quote which was provided next business day and placed our order. Within two weeks we had our runner installed, start to finish. Easy peasy. They were always on time, communicative, professional, and delivered a good product at a fair price. I wish everybody operated the same way. This level of customer service is why I shop local rather than at a big box store.
